I’d like to thank the Academy…

On Thursday night, I was invited to participate in an awards ceremony on Twitter for the WEGO Health Activist Award. A very kind reader (I think I know who you are!) nominated me for their Paperboy award, which is given to the activist who provides news and information on a particular condition or subject. Yup…pretty much my mission.

I was blown away to learn I had won. (My mom says that she wasn’t at all surprised, but I certainly was!)

There was an indepdendent judging panel that selected ED Bites from a handful of other really great sites. The folks at WEGO Health also made a really nice video about my site, which is the reason I’m posting this.

Enjoy the video- it’s only a minute. Literally.

Very grateful to have someone like you to sift through all the current research and report on it with objectivity and clarity.
